The TR 80 LCD cartridge hot spray system consists of the TR 80 LCD cartridge gun and the storage stand with pressure regulator and pressure gauge.
Spray application

The TR 80 LCD is an adhesive spray ingesity system. The spray application is a contactless application process, therefore it sanotes the materials to be bonded and is characterized by low adhesive consumption with large surface cover.
Storage tripod incl. pressure regulator & pressure gauge
The storage stand with built-in pressure regulator and pressure gauge is included in the scope of delivery and firmly installed with the device. This makes it much easier to precisely adjust the order image and the output quantity.

Pneumatic adhesive transport

The adhesive is applied via compressed air supply. Pneumatic adhesive guns simplify fast working and precise regulation of the ejected hot glue.

Electronic temperature control with LCD display

Thanks to the built-in electronic temperature control, the working temperature is reached within 3 to 10 minutes. In addition, it keeps the set temperature of the hot glue gun very constant and is thus particularly suitable for temperature-sensitive adhesives. Precise temperature adjustment allows the built-in LCD display and pushbuttons. The user always knows what temperature the device currently has and can thus maintain the optimal processing temperature.

Processing of reactive adhesives in 310 ml cartridges (e.g. PUR)

The spray gun is filled with 310 ml aluminium hot melt adhesive cartridges. They can be replaced quickly and easily. The optional kvG cartridge preheater heats up the adhesive before processing, thus increasing the possible adhesive throughput.

Can be converted to point and caterpillar order

The cartridge gun can be easily and quickly converted to point and caterpillar applications with an adapter.

Additional nozzles expand application possibilities

In addition, the number of possible job images is extended many times over by the Reka nozzle program. Almost all nozzles contained therein can be used with every Reka adhesive gun and an additional adapter available.

Ideal for testing hot melt adhesives

With cartridge devices and the appropriate empty cartridges, you can quickly and cleanly process different adhesives one after the other. This is particularly suitable for working in the laboratory or for the qualification of new adhesives for processing on large plants.
